Update andsupport the community of innovation champions across the company onactivities, news and upcoming events.
Coordinate the internal communication and PRof the Innovation Majlis across the company
Run design thinking workshopsindependently.
Supportthe community of innovation champions with requests, requirementsand questions around the Innovation Majils.
Promote the Innovation Majlis activitiesinternally and externally.
Manage rollout and implementation of innovation / ideas(such as proof of concept, prototypes etc.)
Support with general project managementduties, as well as the pro-active communication between differentdepartments on upcoming workshops.
Run design thinking workshops,train-the-trainer programs, brainstorming sessions andcross-functional innovation services.
Act as business unit liaison and make surethat subject matters are closely aligned across theorganisation
Coordinatethe internal communication and PR of the Innovation Majlis acrossthe company
Plan andcoordinate the yearly Innovation award events and guest speakerseries.
Building andmanaging the Innovation Majlis brand internally and externally byliaising stakeholders such as marketing, corporate communicationand human resources.
Support withthe preparation of surveys, analysis and reports required forInnovation activities.
Good command ofwritten and spoken English;
knowledge of Arabic language is an advantage
