To assist the Director of Houskeepingin overseeing the Housekeeping operations, including the Laundryand the Internal Communication Center, ensuring that the hotelstandards and procedures are fully known and followed.
To ensure that all the rooms are prepared and inspected asper standards and according to guest requests and needs, includingthe Turn Down service
To act as a representativeof the Management when dealing with guest complaints or if a memberof the Housekeeping team is facing difficulties that she / he cannotsolve on her / his own.
To ensure a closeco-ordination with the Front Office, Engineering, Food and Beverageas well as the Guest Relation regarding usual and unusual guestrequests.
To interview potential candidates andto assist in new ambassadors integration in liaison with the HRDepartment.
