JD) : Main responsibilities are the following : Support / Lead engagements for Oracle EBusiness Suite Financial Modules and Treasury including Business Requirement Gathering, Fit Analysis, Gap Analysis, Solution Designing, Testing, Implementation and Support Manage engagement deliverables that includes documented Finance related processes, reports and Finance Module solutions design complying to AIM / UOM methodology Collaborate with multiple teams to plan, design and execute the ERP transformation initiatives and manage progress and compliance with scope Provide content / functional knowledge and expertise related to general finance / accounting subject areas Provide hands on support and maintenance of Oracle EBS Financials modules such as Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, General Ledger and Oracle Treasury.

Act as a liaison between technical teams, business functions, and system integrators to drive implementation progress including cross-module integration and reporting Perform hands-on solution design, analysis, solution architecture for building custom applications (Forms, Reports, and Interfaces) according to the business requirements besides building interfaces with multiple legacy applications.

Build Data conversion strategy and Standard Interfaces in Oracle Financials family including Bulk Data uploading solutions Train non-technical staff (i.

e. end users) and prepare the documentation and user guides for the implemented solution. Prepare and submit weekly activity reports to the PM, Unit Manger Coordinate with DBAs and System Administrators to resolve technical and functional issues Qualifications Basic Qualifications CA or equivalent / MBA in Finance or equivalent 8 plus years of experience in EBS Financials with Full cycle implementation experience for at least 3 implementations for large organizations with expert level understanding in Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, AGIS, FSG Reports 2 plus years of experience in EBS Treasury Module Exposure to other EBS Modules like Procurement, Inventory, Order Management Exposure to Hyperion EPM Modules and OBIEE / Analytical Server Fluency in key Business processes and best practices like Order-To-Cash, Procure-To-Pay, Hire-To-Retire, Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting, Financial Close & Consolidation Processes, Working Capital Management, Cash Management & Forecasting Internal / Management and External Reporting, Finance Master Data Management Account Reconciliations, Tax Reporting, Profitability & Cost Management etc.

Ability to communicate with both Finance and IT functions effectively and clearly to all levels of staff and management in a challenging environment, creating strategies and / or blueprints that define the finance operating model, process automation, and solutions.
