What is the Johnson & Johnson UAE National Graduate Program?

The UAE National Graduate Program is a collaborative program based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

It's a 12 month program designed to identify and develop emerging Emirati talent and nurture future leaders within our Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical or Consumer Health sectors.

It is aimed at high potential Emiratis who, when given the right tools, are empowered to proactively take responsibility, effect change and make a positive contribution to their teams and the business.

Over the course of the 12 month program, graduates will rotate between two different teams, developing a balanced set of technical and commercial skills and experience.

Upon completion of the program, Graduates will be offered full time roles within Johnson & Johnson, subject to performance.

Qualifications

Eligibility Criteria :

Must be a UAE National (Emirati) with a family book in order to be eligible for the program

University Graduate with a maximum of 2 years working experience

Must have a Bachelors Degree in a field related to Medicine, Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Marketing, Business Administration or Engineering

Skilled in Word, Excel, and Power Point

Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic

High ethical standards, in line with our Credo
