About the job :

An opportunity has arisen for a Team Leaderto join Housekeeping department at Jumeirah Al Naseem. The main duties andresponsibilities of this role :

  • Reports to Engineering workorders and follow up on completion
  • To provide a courteous andprofessional service at all times.
  • To maintain high standardsof personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
  • To ensure the smoothoperation and efficiency of the assigned areas.
  • To assign responsibilitiesto subordinates and check their work performance.
  • To supervise, coordinateand participate in the cleanliness of all Public areas, ensuring highestpossible standard of cleanliness.
  • To ensure cleanliness andorderliness are maintained in all areas.
  • To ensure all machines arein working condition.
  • To schedule necessarypreventive maintenance and repair works for engineering.
  • To ensure that theHousekeeping Attendants exercise proper discipline and courtesy in attending toguest needs and request.
  • To control the consumptionof cleaning supplies and supervise adequate stocking of cleaning supplies.
  • To know the hotels policyrelating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.
  • About you :

    The ideal candidate for this position will have thefollowing experience and qualifications :

  • At least 2years experienceas a Team Leader or similar role in a 5 star hotel
  • At least high schoolgraduate or with degree in Hospitality Management
  • Excellent Englishcommunication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge inchemicals and equipment used in Housekeeping
  • A task trainer or able tohandle training
  • Knowledge in Opera andHotSOS
