Job Role : Business DevelopmentManager


  • BusinessProcess Management Consultant is responsible for analysing anddesigning business processes in collaboration with stakeholders andsubject matter experts.
  • Defining the Target State processdesign and modelling for various clients and industry verticals formeasurable improvement in process efficiency, friction and clientexperience.

  • Works under the leadership of theTransition & Transformation Director to support clientengagements by providing functional and technical support todevelop the right solutions based on the client requirements.
  • Understands and articulates complex business issues andsolutions to executive level stakeholders.

  • Actively participates in Pre-Sales activities (Proposalbuilding and RFP responses). Develops new opportunitiesunder the T&T Practice.
  • Prepares anddelivers demos, presentations, and creates unique value propositionthrough Injazat’s internal products / capabilities andits external ecosystem.
  • Conducts POCs based onrequirements using BPM toolkit and processes.

  • Deliver business and technical presentations to executivelevel clients. Develops Framework and Sales assets forT&T Practice.
  • Key focus to reduceprocess complexity, increase process efficiency, increase processeffectiveness, and enable a frictionless digitalexperience.

  • Utilizesmetrics / measures and analysis of operational impacts to evaluatethe cost and benefits of current processes and identification ofpotential areas for improvement

  • Assist with the analysis andpreparation of recommendations that will drive greaterproductivity, reduce waste, or eliminate duplication
  • Models Business processes (All Levels)
  • Drives client engagement to understand processes, rootcauses and outcomes
  • Create metrics and auditprocesses to ensure established goals are met and processimprovements are sustained
  • Gather benchmarkingdata. Coordinates responses to benchmarking surveys
  • Organize and communicate data in a manner that conveys asuccinct and compelling concept
  • Defines,documents, and designs business processes within a client'senvironment
  • Assists clients in identifyingareas that require change to adapt to new technologies or evolvingbusiness requirements.
  • Provides consultativeassistance enabling development of the organization'sbusiness and / or operational processes, procedures, templates andmetrics
  • Creates business process and / orinformation technology plans based on an understanding of thecustomer's organizational strategic direction, technologycontext and business needs

  • Develops cost strategies andintegrated pricing strategies encompassing multiple Lines ofBusiness

  • Act as atrusted advisor, consultant and change agent for the client,driving consulting engagement towards the achievement of tangiblegoals
  • Lead and direct conceptual andanalytical work to understand current processes, assess the fitness of existing systems, data andinfrastructure, and identify improvement opportunities with a focuson those leveraging new innovative technology solutions
  • Take ownership for the execution of Digital programs andinitiatives by developing detailed workplans and taking an activerole in the management of workstreams
  • Supportregular governance cycles, with meaningful, interesting updatesthat facilitate decision making
  • Foster apositive change environment across client’s teams,removing roadblocks and ensuring that changes aresustainable
  • Contribute to regularretrospectives to continuously improve the team’smethodology and enrich consulting practice with bettertools
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitativeanalysis to perform diagnostic and root-cause analyses optimallycombing top-down and bottom-up approaches
  • Define data requirements applying sound 80 / 20 approachand clearly linking information requests to evolving understandingof likely issues and associated root causes
  • Identifies discrepancies between data requested andinformation compiled.
  • Identifies informationneeded, develops and implements research plans, ensures datavalidity and completeness
  • In coordination withBusiness Architect and Partner’s team, participate to thedefinition of business requirements & re-design of businessprocesses for the digitization of core processes
  • In coordination with Business Architect andPartner’s team, participate to the design and improvementof digital operating models for the client’s operationsand service management
  • In coordination withBusiness Architect and Partner’s team, creates solutionsthat address business needs such as boosting workforceproductivity, improving cost efficiencies, strengthening marketposition, enhancing customer experience, supplementing staff,etc.
  • Documents, presents, and articulates thebusiness case and the high level solution to executive levelmanagement and / or clients.
  • Compares projectcost calculations with original estimated costs. Ensures that costsalign with any contractual agreement.
  • Pursueand secure digital transformation advisory engagements withexisting Injazat customers as well as new logo to help Injazatprotect its existing positioning, penetrate new verticals orcapture the opportunity to generate incremental sales in the nearfuture
  • Transition andTransformation

  • Proposes, Designs, Develops and Oversees the Transitionand Transformation of client journey end to end.
  • Establishes and leads the Clients Digital Transformationoffice
  • Business Objectives, Business Cases andKPI adherence
  • Assists clients in identifyingareas that require change to adapt to new technologies or evolvingbusiness requirements
  • Provides consultativeassistance enabling development of the organization'sbusiness and / or operational processes, procedures, templates andmetrics
  • PractiseDevelopment

  • Drive andadvise on the development of IP and Practise toolkit
  • Develop Transition and Transform Framework andMethodology
  • Discuss, negotiate and signstrategic partnership with niche ecosystem partners and consultingfirms to support the clients Digital TransformationJourney
  • Support the implementation ofInjazat's own Transformation Plan
  • Provides strategic advisory and direction to thetransformation team for the actual implementation of ideas andconcepts designed
  • MinimumQualifications :

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering, ComputerScience or related field
  • ProcessCertifications (Six Sigma, BPM or equivalent)
  • Minimum Experience :

  • 15+ years of experience in Business ProcessManagement Consulting, with 4 years in Technology
  • Familiarity with BPM frameworks and tools
  • Direct experience in high profile Digital Transformationprograms or Change Management projects
  • Job SpecificSkills :

  • A solidexpert understanding off the BPM philosophy and the variousapplications of BPM systems
  • Experience intranslating customer business requirements into workable businesssolutions
  • Excellent written and verbalcommunication and presentation skills
  • Experience working in a commercial consulting teamenvironment
  • Excellent communication skillsincluding research, writing, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of different types ofbusiness and operating models (existing, new, emerging andhybrid)
  • Experience with businesstransformation and process redesign methods
  • Knowledgeable in all aspects of designing andconstructing business processes, functions and organizationalstructures
  • Comprehensive knowledge offacilitation and organization change management
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills; ability tocreate original concepts and theories for a variety ofprojects.
  • Experienced in leadingmulti-disciplined, high-performance work teams
  • Has exhibited skills in leading complex programmanagement efforts involving the coordination of resources andgoals across multiple related projects
  • Knowledge of finance, accounting, valuation and metricsdevelopment
  • Strong ability to understand, atthe enterprise level, an organization’s business andstakeholders’ different perspectives
  • Ability to diagnose root causes of business issues,problems and potential opportunities
  • Understand how core processes deliver value and meet theorganizations business objectives
