Reporting to Boutique Manager, BoutiqueAssistant will be responsible to provide an efficient andpersonalized hospitality service to all guests in the boutiquewhile ensuring cleanliness at all times.
Addtional responsibilitesinclude but not limted to :
Followall relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operatingprocedures and instructions so that work is carried out in acontrolled and consistent manner.
Welcomeguests and build rapport with all guests and maintain contact withthem for any assistance or service they may require and deliver anexcellent service experience to all customers.
Adhere to the Uniform and grooming standards and ensureself-conduct is in a professional manner at all times.
Support and comply with the employee schedules to assistthe smooth operations of the boutique.
Effective Merchandising; Assist the team and boutiquemanager to ensure all displays are placed as per specifications atall times in order to maintain the brand image of thecompany.
To be considered for the opportunity, you willhave :
Preferably HighSchool degree
1 year experience in hospitalityor administration within Retail or hospitality Industry
Promptness and quality of Hospitality service
Quality of House Keeping services.
