Radisson Dubai DAMAC Hills is looking tostrengthen our team with a passionate Director of Food & Beverage

We are proud of our 480 room hotel (90suites) overlooking the Trump Golf Course, within the DAMAC Hills Community inDubai Land.

To create many a memorable moment for our guests, we will have 4F&B outlets in Fire Lake Grill restaurant, Hessa St. Kitchen- servingauthentic Asian favourites a la carte, Hills Pool Deck and also we are in theprocess of opening Issei a Nikkei fusion restaurant & bar, at ourrooftop.

We have 4 meeting & event spaces. To help our guests unwind,Dreamworks Spa, a 25m swimming pool & a well-equipped Gym await to be used.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Maintain a closer relationship with thecustomers recognizing the top / regular customers and their preferences
  • Actively participatein monthly forecasting, weekly schedule, restaurant profitability evaluation,menu development and conducting training
  • Understands beveragecontrol including days on hand, perpetual inventory, bar pars, portion control,costs controls, beverage potentials etc
  • Take lead in theplanning & implementation of sales promotions and to take marketingactions together with theMarketing manager to increase sales
  • Develops andimplements plans to achieve the revenue & guest experience targets

  • Foster a culture ofgrowth, development and performance within the department
  • Prepares and isresponsible for the departmental budget
  • Ensuring that costsand inventory are controlled
  • Keeping in touch with changing dining trends

    Requirements :

  • Proven experience in F & B withinan international hotel brand
  • Hands-on approach & strong leadership skills
