hosco is currently looking for a Revenue Manager to join a new hotel in Dubai, which has a pioneering concept. The hotel, with around 150 rooms, will offers business and leisure travelers accessible premium hotel fundamentals with the flexibility of add-

on service and amenity features in atechnologically-advanced, design-forward and socially-responsible environment.The Revenue Manager, reporting to the General Manager, is accountable for developing and leading digital merchandising strategies and optimizing hotelrevenues through the company applications and websites.

He / she needs tonavigate confidently though the digital space and identify the most efficient solutions in order to balance web analytics, revenue management principles, customer research and internal business needs.

He / she will recommend pricing strategies and build awareness towards new offers that enable and shape consumer behavior.

Some of your responsibilities will be, but not limited : - Work within cross-functional teams and third-party agencies in order to drive the brand identity on property and in the digital space.

  • Apply best-in-class merchandising / retailing practices; must be attentive to achieve near term results while delivering on a long-
  • term vision.- Update availability and pricing for all products within your area of responsibility.- Lead and drive merchandising and conversion strategies for the website to improveoverall conversion resulting in measurable revenue and profit growth.

  • Deliver strategies to surpass yearly room revenue and ancillary sales budgets- Analyze all period-end data to identify trends, future needs and obstacles to achievegoals.
  • Maintain accurate reservation system information.- Check distribution channels regularly and obsessively for hotel positioning, information accuracy and competitor positioning.
  • A minimum of 2 years in revenue management or digital marketing. Comparable cross industry experience is welcome hospitality experience is not a key deciding factor.
  • Experience in SEO / SEM will be highly recommended. - You are a highly motivated, inspirational and compassionate individual with a strong sense of ownership, responsibility, attention to detail and demonstrated track record in managing multiple projects / tasks concurrently in tight timelines-
