Industry End Users Sales Manager
This is an instrumental player in industry business and the gulf organization, the main objective of this role is to develop, drive and manage complete Schneider Electric businesses and particularly the Industry in industry hybrid segments (F&
B, MMM, Life Science, OEMs and General Industries) while ensuring profitable sales growth is happening.
So, the role is having duties like account management and development of assigned accounts, predominately End Users / OEMs / And other Accounts as required.
In conclusion, you will be Schneider Electric’s champion in assigned accounts and segments so you must be having strong professional sales experience in complex solution selling;
any established relationships within targeted segments will be an advantage.
Meet & Exceed Targets in line with Company objectives in assigned segments and accounts.
Drive pipeline and sales success across the industry hybrid segments.
Leverage the financial and business knowledge to create demand and persuade through the development and presentation of a compelling business case to customer / prospect executives.
To be instrumental in devising and implementing the strategy for meeting aggressive sales performance within the target market.
Manage project data base and build efficient action plan for detection, tracking, prescription, influence, orchestrate and network.
Identify Projects in the assigned segments from the inception stage through direct approach & undertake the necessary groundwork like prescription, lobbying etc.
Understand the market thoroughly and know all the players in each account and segment.
Strongly network with various teams within Schneider Electric to provide customers with necessary information and support on time.
Execute competitive solution sales tactics to win business.
B.E in Automation / Instrumentation & Control Engineering.
Industrial automation background / experience with minimum of 10 years of solid and proven track record of rapidly positioning, developing and growing several portfolios within an account.
Highly organized and disciplined with a self-starter attitude and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral, ability to present at senior customer level.
Ability and willingness to travel in GULF Countries as per business needs.
Ability to think and act independently and exhibit consistently sound business judgment and an action-oriented ability to take measured risks and take responsibility for the consequences.
Knowledgeable of business solutions and process manufacturing applications in key industries such as F&B, Life Science and MMM.
Cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with strategic customers.
Established senior relationships within targeted industries is an advantage.
Strong professional experience selling solutions and with alliance partners.
