Main Accountabilities : -
Complete order management : booking till delivery
Order acknowledgement & updates pertaining to the status of orders to be sent to customer regularly as per KPI
Ensure on time delivery to the customers
Day to day follow up with factories, regional distribution center, purchasing teams and warehouse to ensure the on-time delivery of the materials.
Ensure customer visits & develop strong relationships with customers and all internal key stakeholders
Planning for monthly revenue target in terms of execution of orders
Closure of sales orders within two months of booking of orders
100% service level to customers (answer to all customer queries either by phone or through mails)
Undertake all responsibilities with reference to procedures / processes
Ensure all required data pertaining to the orders are incorporated in the system (SAP)
Skillfully manage challenging customer situations
Ensure AOTD & ROTD (Acknowledged / Requested on time delivery) as per the KPI
Regular monitoring of customer payments proactively to avoid delays in delivery
Actively monitoring order life cycle
Support the team during month end for order booking
Ideally you should have a degree / diploma in electrical engineering or a degree in commerce / business management with 3 to 5 years’ of experience in customer support handling multiple customers.
Sound knowledge of SAP / ERP with strong MS excel skills is required.
You should take initiative, be-pro-active and follow solution-oriented work styles with intercultural sensitiveness. Good analytical skills, negotiation skills along with being a team player is a requirement for this role.
Fluency in English and strong communication skills is required. Arabic language will be plus.
