Employee Services is Al-Futtaim’s centralised HR Shared Services team that is accountable for service delivery across the Group’s business footprint.

With over 25,000 employees in 12 countries in the MENA and APAC region, the services offered span the entire employee life cycle.

A key function of this team, is Global HRIS, which oversees Group-wide Payroll processing and functional stewardship of the Group’s HR technology platforms.

These include On-premise solutions like SAP HCM to cloud based solutions such as Successfactors and Salesforce.

Global HRIS is a community of HRIS professionals across the Al-Futtaim businesses collaborating on matters which have a direct impact on the HR Technology landscape and its implementation across the group.

The Global HRIS team within employee services is tasked with facilitating this collaboration within Al-Futtaim’s Global HRIS community.

Expertise Domains :

  • SAP HCM & Successfactors modules LMS, PMGM, Recruitment & Onboarding, EC & Service Desk.
  • Experience in administering any of the top 3 HR sysytems on ERP solutions for large enterprises
  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Depending on business demand and domain expertise, the role holder will primarily focus on the service delivery aspects of Successfactors & SAP HCM systems and support any technology Implementations initiatives
  • Resolve support tickets / cases raised in their assigned domain to the target SLA standards, including : Escalated Master Data Changes Troubleshooting Support Level III System Admin related Cloud Systems Analytics Authorizations Support
  • Conduct Master Data Quality Reviews, provide feedback and ensure sustainable fixes are executed by the process owners
  • Contribute / Adhere to the HR Technology change control process, including : Demand Management Requirement Gathering / Specifications Documentation Testing Support Organisational Change Management efforts Post Go Live Support
  • Implementations Support ASAP / PMP implementation methodologies
  • Contribute towards the capability enhancement of the Global HRIS community and its knowledge base across the group
  • Requirements :

    Knowledge & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR / Business Management or Technology.
  • Understanding of HR business processes and best practices
  • Functional Domain specific knowledge demonstrated through experience and / or training
  • Exposure to ASAP and / or PMP methodologies for technology implementation is preferred
  • Advanced User of office productivity tools & techniques (eg. MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Visio & etc.)
  • Critical Experience :

  • 3+ years’ work experience in a fast-paced, HR service delivery environment, or project / consulting environment in the fields of Implementations, Process Reengineering, Systems Development, etc.
  • Exposure to domain specific / similar ERP technologies is strongly preferred
