Responsibilities :

Delegating responsibilities and supervising businessoperations

Hiring, training, motivating andcoaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service tocustomers, assessing employee performance and providing helpfulfeedback and training opportunities.

Resolvingconflicts or complaints from customers and employees.

Monitoring store activity and ensuring it is properlyprovisioned and staffed.

Analyzing informationand processes and developing more effective or efficient processesand strategies.

Establishing and achievingbusiness and profit objectives.

Maintaining aclean, tidy business, ensuring that signage and displays areattractive.

Generating reports and presentinginformation to upper-level managers or other parties.

Ensuring staff members follow company policies andprocedures.

Other duties to ensure the overallhealth and success of the business.
