Role Summary :

We are looking for a Senior Product Specialist who will serve as the primary point of contact for local and regional stakeholders on product related queries.

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end feature roll out process which includes planning, preparation and kick-off, testing, and full roll out.

You will also support with product related issues and bugs that arise post implementation. This role will require a deep product knowledge of all our logistics tools in order to effectively understand and respond to internal customer needs.

The product support scope includes the ability to query large databases in order to extract relevant data required for product analysis.

What's on Your Plate

Support on feature deployments and tracking the impact of new features.

Support logistics teams with product related issues and bugs.

Work with product, tech and business stakeholders closely and triage the tickets based on the impact.

Create, build and maintain necessary product documentation of all feature roll outs, configurations and release notes.

Work closely with local and regional stakeholders to ensure excellent product delivery.

Define, measure, and track success of product feature launches and new initiatives.

Provide feedback and feature requests and communicate them effectively to the product team.

Extract, wrangle, and transform data necessary for product analysis.

Provide updates as needed to internal customers in order to meet performance objectives.

Lease and refer issues to correct / relevant teams and partners as appropriate.

Must Haves :

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with one or more query languages.

Strong organizational skills.

Analytical and research skills.

Ability to identify partner needs and successfully implement solutions.

Customer-oriented and responsible attitude.

Fluent in verbal & written English.

Preferred :

Experience in a support or other service-oriented customer-facing role.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, analytics, economics or a technical / data-driven major.
