Job Description Handle and oversee day to day maintenance of all the facilities Demonstrate accountability for maintenance operations Liaise with tenants to register implement and execute all maintenance works Provide excellent customer service by planning and ensuring maintenance follow up procedures with tenants Supervision and coordination with a team of technicians Delegating maintenance tasks to the team of technicians Ensure quality control standards implement and monitor them consistently Skills Must have a bachelor s degree Minimum 2 years of experience as a Facility Management Coordinator Strong Knowledge of Facility Management Operations Must possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail Must have good interpersonal attributes Demonstrate the aptitude or competence for assigned responsibilities Must possess outstanding organizational and time management skills Must be proactive in the line of duty Multitasking in a fastpaced environment Must have strong problemsolving skills Must have commercial awareness Must be able to lead and manage teams and projects Computer literacy advantageous
