  • Track and analyse budget reports, operationactivities and department metrics
  • Analyse thebusiness needs and develop an improvement plan
  • Drive the achievements review for the EngineeringDepartment
  • Provide recommendations andsuggestions for improvements in any aspects relating toperformance
  • Assisting with the implementationof new processes and procedures
  • Coordinatewith different departments to achieve optimal work productionacross the board
  • Assisting in the preparationof departmental presentations to include power point, excel andother documents required.
  • Create and maintaina variety of documents, including project status reports andaccount documentation.
  • Facilitate goodcommunication
  • Track project schedules and makesure that projects are being completed on time
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years' experience in businessoperations
  • Excellent communications skills,both written and verbal
  • Strong experience indemonstrating numerical acumen, problem solving and analyticalskills
  • Knowledge of projectmanagement
  • Self-initiative, self-motivated anda fast learner
