To organize, manage the team and oversee the smooth running of services.
Your listening skills, hospitality and diplomacy make you a confirmed manager.
You are involved in the administrative management of the kitchen (food cost, payroll, H.A.C.C.P and security rules ) .
You own a significant successful experience in an establishment of similar category , Y ou have a real knowledge of the high-
end restaurant and show proven managerial skills . Fluency in French is essential for this position.
