As Sales Executive, you analyses local markettrends and competitor activity to generate new future business forthe hotel.

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing thefollowing tasks to the highest standards :

  • Analysis localmarket trends and competitor activity to identify new businessleads
  • Develop customer accounts and travel within thelocal area to drive business into the specific hotel / cluster and toincrease market / customer share in all revenue streams
  • Negotiate room rates / packages with corporate clients
  • Develop and implement creative local marketing channels, includingsocial media channels
  • Prepare company contracts for thehotel in accordance with current business and pricing conditions
  • Work within current business strategies and recognisingpotential opportunities
  • Cooperate with other departmentsin the hotel to create an exceptional Guest experience and buildstrong, comprehensive sales programs
  • Attend Salesevents, as required
  • Produce accurate and timely reportsthat meet the needs of the Sales Director and senior management toinclude the reporting of appointments, calls made and businessleads
  • Answer customer queries in a prompt andprofessional manner What are we lookingfor?
