As Sales Executive, you analyses local markettrends and competitor activity to generate new future business forthe hotel.
Specifically, you will be responsible for performing thefollowing tasks to the highest standards :
Analysis localmarket trends and competitor activity to identify new businessleads
Develop customer accounts and travel within thelocal area to drive business into the specific hotel / cluster and toincrease market / customer share in all revenue streams
Negotiate room rates / packages with corporate clients
Develop and implement creative local marketing channels, includingsocial media channels
Prepare company contracts for thehotel in accordance with current business and pricing conditions
Work within current business strategies and recognisingpotential opportunities
Cooperate with other departmentsin the hotel to create an exceptional Guest experience and buildstrong, comprehensive sales programs
Attend Salesevents, as required
Produce accurate and timely reportsthat meet the needs of the Sales Director and senior management toinclude the reporting of appointments, calls made and businessleads
Answer customer queries in a prompt andprofessional manner What are we lookingfor?
