Role ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Rewards Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in the design and implementation of a broad range of Rewards related solutions and will play a key role in the identification development and closure of sales opportunities The position will manage a variety of consulting projects that help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of the Talent Reward Performance team Develop and deliver effective solutions for our clients in the areas of job analysis job evaluation job level grading structure design rewards philosophy and strategy salary structure design executive and board compensation short-

term long-term and sales incentive plan design and total rewards communication solution areas Design and draft presentations that are appropriately tailored for the audience including client project teams and Remuneration Committee and Board stakeholders Support colleagues by providing knowledge input and delivery to other Rewards team or broader consultancy projects Project Management Stakeholder Management Develop project plans and manage projects modules independently whilst ensuring quality timeliness and profitability targets are met Build strong and positive relationships across the client teams whilst being able to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels and work as part of a team to achieve project objectives Present solutions and recommendations independently in a structured and articulate manner to internal and external clients including senior management and board level stakeholders Manage and lead junior team members as part of a project team providing coaching and feedback to ensure their personal and professional development sales Proactively develop relationships with contacts to assist in the identification development and closure of sales opportunities and to initiate and secure participation in rewards related surveys such as compensation and benefits and rewards policy and practices surveys Manage the request for proposal process for medium to large size proposals conducting scoping and fact-

finding conversations with clients and prospects to ensure the delivery of proposals with a strong command on problem-solving and storytelling through analytics Develop and propose innovative client solutions and recommendations Qualifications Skills Minimum of a Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Accounting Economics Mathematics Engineering or Human Resource from a renowned university 5 Years of relevant experience in consulting in the human resources field specializing in the areas of Rewards Management Compensation and Benefits Prior experience advising boards on executive compensation issues including equity long-

term incentive plans or experience working on large HR Transformation projects will be an added advantage Excellent business writing and communication skills especially report writing Effective facilitation skills able to facilitate workshop training sessions effectively Strong analytical and organizational skills Strong project management skills able to independently run projects ensuring quality timeliness and profitability Strong presentation and persuasion skills Proven client management or account management experience Lead and support business development activities Actively network in the market and source new clients Enjoy building relationships and is a team player Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Fluent written and spoken English is essential Arabic is preferred
