Job Responsibilities :
Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directingthem appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival;
maintains security and telecommunications system.
Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on thetelephone; answering or referring inquiries.
Directs visitors by maintaining employee and departmentdirectories; giving instructions.
Maintainssecurity by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuingvisitor badges.
Maintains telecommunicationsystem by following manufacturer's instructions for housephone and console operation.
Maintains safeand clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, andregulations.
Maintains continuityamong work teams by documenting and communicating actions,irregularities, and continuing needs.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results asneeded.
Write and distribute email,correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduledreports
Develop and maintain a filingsystem
Update and maintain office policiesand procedures
Order office supplies andresearch new deals and suppliers
Book travel arrangements
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Provide general support to visitors
Act as the point of contact for internal and externalclients
Liaise with executive and senioradministrative assistants to handle requests and queries fromsenior managers
