Responsibilities :

  • Reports to the Operations Manager
  • Be responsible for the management of the storerooms
  • Ensure a continuity of supply of all items to user departments
  • Receive ordered items / goods and check items / goods against the purchase specification upon receipt
  • Send items / goods to user departments or to storerooms
  • Issue of items / goods in storerooms to user departments upon request
  • Clear trash regularly
  • Carry out stock-taking
  • Order F&B items against requisition form and monitor stock level
  • Update information by filling in Goods Received Note and send all related documents such as internal delivery notes and invoices etc.
  • to the Accounts Department in the airport

  • Cooperate and work in team towards development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of the quality management system
  • Take initiative to identify areas for improvement and participate in continual improvement activities
  • Undertake other jobs assigned by superior from time to time
  • Requirements :

  • Minimum 2-5 years' relevant experience in Hospitality industry, including but not limited to restaurants, lounges, fast food outlets
  • Fluent in English (Spoken & Written)
  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Accountability and able to work independently
  • Immediate available is preferred
