  • AsGuest Relations Agent, you will be responsible to provideprofessional and customer focused service to our guests, ensuringtheir stay will become a memorable experience.
  • Responsibilities and essentialjob functions include but are not limited to thefollowing :

  • Conduct in room &hotel familiarization and assist guest in hotel activity enquiries / requests.
  • Maintain an up to date knowledgeof hotel information and local services, including operating hours,promotions, events, attractions and any allied information torespond to guest queries.
  • Provide prompt,courteous and efficient service to all guest, so as to achieve ahigh level of customer satisfaction through personalized servicefrom arrival till departure.
  • Maintain anawareness of rate levels to be sold on a daily basis and theoccupancy levels.
  • Ensure guests are personallygreeted by name, if known and escorted to their room to make themfeel expected and welcomed.
  • Accuratelyadminister Front Desk cashiering standards and comply with all laiddown systems, policies and procedures.
  • Processaccounts from check-in to check-out, ensuring accurate postings ofall incidental charges using computerized Front Officesystems.
  • Demonstrate a complete understandingof the hotel's policies, procedures and service standardsand have full knowledge of the hotel facilities andhappenings.
  • Maintain the privacy of all guestsby ensuring that no details of the guests are disclosed.
  • Requirements :

  • Preferably candidate with previous experiencesin similar industry
  • Preferably Russian Speaker / Arabic Speaker / German Speaker
  • Opera
