contractor and vendor management Directs and manages staff to efficiently and effectively implement the policies and direction of the Board of Directors including maintaining all organizational and professional codes of ethical standards as well ensure that all requisite statutory compliances are strictly met Provide overall direction to ensure the safe delivery of quality construction projects on-

time and within budget Exercises fiscal responsibility and provides the framework for developing strategies to work within financial constraints Recommend the annual budget to the Board and prudently manages resources within budget guidelines and in compliance with current laws regulations and Board adopted policies Manage design consultants for various projects and advise in construction programs and site management of engineering projects Manage all aspects from commencement to completion with accountability for timely delivery as well as ensuring very high standards of quality are maintained Should have extensive knowledge of Administrative principles and methods including goal setting program and budget development and implementation of capital and operating budgets Local state and federal legislative processes and procedures Plan organize and control the integrated work of a multi-

cultured contracting company Develop and implement objectives policies procedures and internal controls Attracting and developing professional talent Education Experience Bachelors degree Civil Engineering Masters degree Business Management will be an advantage Minimum 10 years executive-

level experience in managing large Contracting organization with operation planning and construction responsibilities Prior experience in GCC specifically UAE and also South Africa Misc Due to cultural considerations candidates who are citizens from South Africa will be preferred however experience and qualification will be given priority
