To manage the Corporate Banks internet banking service as a viable, secure and modern delivery channel for trade and payment solutions, through continuous product development and channel migration strategies.

To introduce other B2B and B2C paperless payment solutions including E-Commerce in keeping with the evolving market needs.

Key Result Areas :

  • Stay abreast of evolving e-commerce related infrastructure, laws and regulations and ensure that the Bank is well positioned to meet the challenges in an evolving market.
  • Maximize STP for all channels to bring in back office cost savings through process efficiencies and reduced manpower needs.
  • Ensure that product pipeline remains strong by working closely with the sales team to ensure that product conversion are revenue targets are met.
  • Ensure that projects are correctly managed and tracked to meet target dates for rollout and implementations.
  • Establish key parameters and standards for measuring product performance.
  • Provide system specs and oversee testing of new features prior to moving to production.
  • Ensure that standard operating procedures are current and processes are followed.
  • Market payment solutions to internal and external customers.
  • Migrate the current customers of the Bank to the newer channels.
  • Develop tracking and data mining systems that facilitate in depth analysis of all customer activity to establish trends and devise strategies to enhance system usage.
  • Establish and conduct e-learning classes onsite to ensure that the implementation team is kept to a minimum.
  • Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Incumbent should have prior direct cash management experience in a similar position.
  • Ability to understand technology related issues in keeping with the job demands necessary.
  • MBA or Masters degree with at least 7+ years in a product management or related area within cash management or banking.
  • Clear understanding of market dynamics and the ability to assess the market going forward.
  • Be able to dimension the impact of new technologies being introduced to be able to assess their impact on the Banks services.
  • A strong operational background or a clear understanding of how the back office operates vis-?-vis the payment products
