Participates in Division, Company, and Corporate strategicplanning activities for specific projects (e.g., risk assessment,bid / no bid analysis, participation in business plan development,etc.).
Provides technical guidance to assignedpersonnel, and ensures proficiency and timeliness of contractadministration. Makes staffing assignments and reassignments asCompany and project needs arise.
Recruits, interviews, andevaluates prospective employees. Hires, offers personneldevelopment, conducts performance evaluations, counsels, takescorrective action as required, and approves terminations.
Ensuresthat new employees receive orientation in company policies andprocedures.
Collaborates with Division andproject management to ensure proper support in proposalpreparation, as well as contract negotiations andadministration.
