JobTitle Sourcing Manager Reports Improve Group business performanceby providing best in class strategic sourcing and support services.

Strategic sourcing team create value’ byleveraging significant spend and synergies across the group. Thisis achieved through the implementation of world class strategicsourcing methodologies and the utilization of sourcing tools,processes and technology.

  • Lead the process to select and managevendors Strategic Sourcing Plans Leads the vendor selection (RFP,RFQ, RFI, single source) and negotiation process;
  • establishes andmaintains contractual and business relationships with the vendors;monitors contract compliance; solves operational issues withvendors (e.

    g., quality, delivery and service issues) and adjustssourcing strategies based on supplier performance and business unitinput.

    On an ongoing basis, the IT Sourcing Manager is responsiblefor holding supplier reviews and ensuring progress toyear-over-year supplier improvement goals Business Process andInformation Management Management Reporting Drive annualproductivity improvements in each spend category Work within andexternal to Company, the Sourcing Manager will develop, champion,and ensure implementation of ideas that will optimizeCompany’s total cost year-over-year for assigned spendcategories Monitor strategy implementation and contract complianceStakeholder Feedback Develop, implement, and monitor business unitsatisfaction with key suppliers and the support / responsiveness ofthe centre purchasing activity for assigned leverage commoditiesDevelop an expertise in the assigned spend categories Remaincurrent with market trends through relationships with vendors andmarket experts Market Intelligence Identifying and communicatingnew technologies and solutions to Company’s key problemsin the assigned spend areas Drive best practices across all Companygroups / segments / subsidiaries for assigned sourcing categoriesBenchmarking Identify / define sourcing best-practices both withinand external to Company and work with key stakeholders to ensurethat those best practices are widely adopted by Company’sgroups, segments and subsidiaries Uphold internal and externalpolicies, regulations and laws Compliance Maintain a workingknowledge of applicable federal and local laws and regulations aswell as any internal policies (e.

    g. code of ethics) or proceduresto ensure that the behaviour exhibited by the organization ishonest, ethical and professional 4.
