The Commercial department services key partners and sponsors, who are set to grow in number as Expo 2020 approaches. The team proactively plans and supports partners with developing marketing activation plans to maximize their sponsorship of Expo 2020 Dubai.
The team also liaises with various Expo 2020 Dubai departments to ensure partner rights and benefits are implemented.
As the Partner Account Manager, you will be working closely with multiple Expo departments and stakeholders to deliver contractual rights and benefits, and identify win / win’ value-
add opportunities.. The Partner Account Manager will also be the main point of contact for the day-to-day servicing of assigned partner relationships for Expo 2020.
Main responsibilities of this role will include :
Act as main point of contact for day-to-day servicing of partners, including the fulfillment and reporting of contractual rights and benefits;
Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with key Partner contacts and other Expo departments (Events, Ticketing, Licensing, Legacy, ICT, Real Estate & Delivery etc.);
Ongoing, daily liaison with Expo marcomms team to ensure on-time delivery of world class activations;
Identify up-sell opportunities amongst partners to help meet Expo’s stretching targets;
Establish and maintain effective account management processes for assigned partners meetings formats, reporting templates, knowledge sharing etc.;
Work with Partners to define metrics and reporting tools for auditing purposes.
7+ years of relevant experience as well as :
A Bachelors Degree;
Prior account management experience;
Experience of activating and managing both B2C & B2B sponsorships;
Understanding and proven experience in delivering business and brand KPIs;
Strong administrative and organizational skills; attentive to detail;
Ability to multi task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
Highly motivated and hardworking team player; willing to work weekends and long hours to get the job done.
