To constantly generate brand awareness for functionality and aspiration in sales and marketing, by maximizing product distribution, creating the ideal brand visibility and establishing a preferential relationship with the on-premise scene.
Prepare contracts, purchase orders and other business correspondence for sales team.
Respond to internal and external requests for the development and provision of promotional activities.
Arrange BTL activities; coordinate with hypermarkets to arrange the on ground displays / advertising activities.
Analyzing the market, including competitors and consumers.
Brainstorm & develop new promotional materials that enhance AGC products image and increase sales volume.
Monitoring and arranging the distribution of promotional materials.
Overseeing and implementing product promotion and distribution.
Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products
Create a positive image and lead consumers to use our products
Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements
Attending and organizing sales promotional events and exhibitions.
Acting as liaisons between the media, suppliers, sales and clients.
Perform market research to measure success of various propositions (i.e. ad campaigns / new product launches / other initiatives / etc.)
Maximize in store visibility of all products.
Develop and implement local marketing calendar.
Assist in determining discontinuations and price increase recommendations for existing products and price for new products.
Assist the business teams in ensuring that the brand image and position is maintained properly in accordance with corporate standards through regular reviews with BD Manager / field visits.
Manage competitor analysis on a regular and consistent basis; competitor support in store launches, advertising.
Suggest idea on Packaging development of existing & upcoming products.
Qualifications and Experience
Approximately 10+ years of experience in the marketing industry
Extensive experience of developing, maintaining and delivering on marketing strategies to meet company objectives
Cross-cultural knowledge and sensitivity
A strong strategic thinker and problem solver with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
A proven ability to oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
A demonstrated ability to develop good relationships with employees at all levels of an organization
