up system to check the arrival list and monitor all VIP movement Ensure that the guests have a pleasant stay by supervising the ff room allocation smooth check-

in and out and special requirements of the guests Act as a point of contact for guests constantly interact with guests in order to solicit feedback Administer all routes of reservation online or by phone and ensure that room bookings are made and recorded accurately Greets registers and assigns rooms to guests Issues room key to guest Responsible for proper key control and other security measures Answers telephone in absence of telephone operator Transmits and receives telephone messages and sets up guests wake-
