Transguard WorkforceSolutions is currently seeking a Senior Manager - FacilitiesManagement. As Senior Manager - Facilities Management, you will runthe Integrated Facility Management services (IFM) which entailstracking all major projects across the organisation, providingend-to-end project governance, while ensuring that the performancetargets are aligned to IFM strategic objectives.
In this role, yourresponsibilities include the following :
Providing full governance and control overprojects.
Establishing frameworks forrobust project management, including, project managementmethodologies, tools, project team organisation structures, riskidentification and escalation processes and project decision-makingresponsibilities.
Monitoringcompliance with policies and standards.
Managing multiple project initiatives withinthe department concurrently.
Undertaking project planning and analysis, including detailedproject plans, documenting scope and business requirements, andTerms of Reference production.
Tracking and providing project status and audit reports.
Managing the risk, issue and change resolutionprocess and working with other leaders to take corrective action asnecessary.
Overseeing ProjectManagers for the delivery of projects / programmes on time and withinscope.
Managing and monitoring thebudget to ensure that the project is delivered within agreedcosts.
Promoting and maintaining thecontinuous improvement log for IFM.
Reviewing and evaluating processes within PMO, IFM departments andthe wider business units and provide feedback and recommendationsto relevant stakeholders to gain buy-in on continuousimprovement.
Defining team structureand roles, assigning individuals to projects.
Providing leadership and technical guidance tothe IFM Project Management Team in order to deliver projects totime, cost and quality.
Coordinatethe project prioritisation process to provide senior managementwith the information they need to assess which proposals have thehighest potential value, impact and strategic alignment.
The ideal candidate willhave the following skills and experience :
BICS certified / assessor. - Knowledge of thefull project life cycle and mobilization life cycle.
An understanding of project and programmemanagement tools and methodologies.
Knowledge of financial accounts and summaries; requirements toalign with each IFM Solution.
PMPwould be an advantage.
