The Marketing & Communications department handles all aspects of brand management, marketing collateral, promotions, social media, creative content and communications (including internal, external, public relations and media relations).
The department outsources a number of activities to external agencies, managing those relationships and briefing them on work required.
The purpose of the Assistant Manager Digital Performance will be to manage all online advertising including but not limited to SEO, SEM, displays campaigns, digital re-
targeting, mobile advertising and affiliate marketing.
Main responsibilities for this role include :
Manage Expo2020 Website Performance (traffic, revenue and engagement generated across all language websites);
Work with Digital Director in the management of digital agencies (SEO / SEM / Performance / Affiliates) to ensure Expo website ranks highly across search and has effective reach in multiple markets along with commercially driven targets for traffic growth, engagement, conversion, revenue and data capture;
Work with Analytics team to create and measure SEO effectiveness and SEM campaign performance across all the markets covered based on expected visits from the countries.
Additionally, measure the impact of all social on performance campaigns;
Ensure the website content supports the Marketing campaigns and Communication team in relevant language websites;
Lead the team responsibly and proficiently, providing effective line management to direct reports.
5+ years’ experience with at least 2+ years of management or supervisory experience in a Programme or Project Management Department as well as :
A Bachelors Degree in Digital Marketing, or relevant discipline is preferable;
Experience managing SEO and performance agencies;
Experience with attribution modelling preferable;
Google or analytics certification (preferred, but not required);
Experience of setting up campaigns in CMS system.
