The jobdescription will include the tasks below :
Answering all incoming calls / emails andre-routing them to relevant parties.
Meeting and greeting visitors ensuring theyare signed in and inducted. Opening, distributing, collecting andtaking the post.
Generaladministration duties, photocopying, filing etc.
Dealing with any enquiries at the reception.
Data entry onto internal systems.
Reporting any problems to the officemanager.
Ensuring that thereception area is tidy and clutter free.
Monitoring stationary stock and reorderingwhen required.
Operating a computersystem and switchboard.
Encodes andupdates client’s data in the company database as well aspreparing quotations.
Responsiblefor introducing the company service to prospective clients as wellas sending company profile and fixing meetings with theclients.
