Secretary position

Candidates with real estateexperience would be preferred.

The jobdescription will include the tasks below :

  • Answering all incoming calls / emails andre-routing them to relevant parties.
  • Meeting and greeting visitors ensuring theyare signed in and inducted. Opening, distributing, collecting andtaking the post.
  • Generaladministration duties, photocopying, filing etc.
  • Dealing with any enquiries at the reception.
  • Data entry onto internal systems.
  • Reporting any problems to the officemanager.
  • Ensuring that thereception area is tidy and clutter free.
  • Monitoring stationary stock and reorderingwhen required.
  • Operating a computersystem and switchboard.
  • Encodes andupdates client’s data in the company database as well aspreparing quotations.
  • Responsiblefor introducing the company service to prospective clients as wellas sending company profile and fixing meetings with theclients.
  • Job Types : Full-time,Permanent

    Experience :

  • receptionist / secretary : 4 years (Preferred)
  • Language :

  • English(Preferred)
