  • KeyAccountabilities :

    Marketing andCampaigns

  • In tandem with Central OfficeMarketing team plan and execute key marketing and communicationsactivities,
  • Develop and coordinateproduction of key marketing and communication campaigns whether for advertising and student recruitment purposes, tosupport positive parent experience and retention or to develop longterm reputation for our schools,
  • Coordinatethe production and execution of campaign production schedules,enabling the production teams to gather all required content(across video, voice recordings, photography, interviews andwritten content),
  • Plan the schools printmarketing needs for the year and liaise with the Central Officemarketing team to coordinate production schedule and ensuredelivery to school timelines,
  • Communication and Content

  • Develop, with thesupport and guidance from Central Office Marketing Team, a cohesiveannual internal and external communication plans, encompassing keymessaging themes specific to the school, encompassing internalevents, staff expertise and student success showcase,
  • Ensuring that all schools academic, sports, student,extra-curricular achievements are represented in the above plansand highlighted regularly,
  • Execute thesecommunication plans through all relevant external communicationchannels, such as newsletters and social media (i.
  • e. Facebook,Instagram and Twitter) to promote the school to both existing andpotential new parents,

  • Supporting the schoolSenior Leadership team in developing cohesive and streamlinedcommunication strategy, ensuring all channels are used with clearpurpose and objective in mind,
  • Coordinatekey content production, incl. scheduling across social mediaplatforms for the the Central Office to build on internallygenerated content and increase its visibility to new audiencesthrough planned use of social media boosts,
  • Promote the school by identifying newsworthy stories for the mediaand PR opportunities, liaising with CO in advance to enableamplification of interesting stories through externalchannels.
  • Create an annual schedule ofwebsite updates for the school and take responsibility for planningand liaising with the Central Office Marketing team, to ensure allcontent is refreshed regularly, at appropriate times in theyear,
  • Liaise with Digital Marketingrepresentative in CO to regularly update and develop the schoolwebsite,
  • Suggest improvements, new sectionsand share ideas for content that could improve parentexperience.
  • Events and Internal parentengagement :

  • Coordinate internally focusedparent / community events in order to engage parents in schoolactivities and celebrations and report on outcome of events,
  • Plan, coordinate and support Admissions teams indesigning school tours for prospective new parents ensuring thattours are tailor-made to meet their needs as much as possible andpromote the school’s academic and non-academicachievements.
  • Parent Communication andCustomer Service

  • Promoting the school in thebest possible way by providing customer service excellence toparents and visitors,
  • Maintain open lines ofcommunications with existing parents and ensure that their feedbackincluding concerns, complaints and compliments are handledeffectively and passed to the relevant member of staff, efficientlyand in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with other school personnel ordepartments as required,

  • Resolve, orescalate through the correct channels, non-academic school issuesthat parents or parents' groups may raise,
  • Ensure that the Principal and relevant staff areregularly informed of problems or matters of significance,
  • Undertake parent satisfaction surveys. Collateresponses and produce analysis and action planning recommendationsin partnership with the Principal,
  • ConductParent Exit Surveys and prepare reports for the Principal,Admissions Manager and Central Office.
