Advise employees on generalproperty information, in-house groups, policy changes, or otherpertinent information. Answer questions about available services,general property information and amenities.

Confirm guest first andlast name and type of treatment scheduled prior to beginningtreatment. Monitor and stick to time schedule throughout the day.

Advise providers of last-minute changes or additions to scheduleand resolve scheduling situations as needed. Promote and sellspa / salon services and retail products.

Complete requisitions foradditional products, supplies, or equipment. Inspect work areas andtools / equipment to ensure conformance to company standards.

NotifyEngineering of spa / salon maintenance and repair needs.

Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, andmotivating and coaching employees; serve as a role model. Reportaccidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.

  • Followall company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personalappearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality ofproprietary information;
  • protect company assets. Welcome andacknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipateand address guests’ service needs;
  • assist individualswith disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speakwith others using clear and professional language;
  • prepare andreview written documents accurately and completely; answertelephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintainpositive working relationships with others;
  • support team to reachcommon goals. Ensure adherence to quality expectations andstandards; develop and implement quality improvement or correctiveaction plans.

    Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less thanor equal to 10 pounds without assistance.

    Perform other reasonablejob duties as requested by Supervisors.
