energy, fun, cool and of the utmost quality. About the Role : An exciting role has arisen for a highly skilled and motivated Guest Relations Executive to join one of the restaurants at JRG Dubai.
Your key duties will include :
Project a professional and welcoming image to the business and be active in seeking and developing relationships to drive reservations
Provide the perfect first impression with a smile and welcome
Allocate and seat guest according to sequence of service
Have a full understanding of Operating Procedures and their role within these standards
Able to spot a sales opportunity to up sell products and service to existing or potential guests
Have full knowledge of all products and is able to confidently give descriptions to a customer
Confidently take an order asking all relevant questions linked to sequence of service
Able to make simple decisions that affect their own work or the customers' experience in a positive manner
Understand and comply with all local licensing laws and to promote responsible service of alcohol
Have a full understanding of the brand concept and when asked explain the brand concept, history and vision
Be immaculate and presentable and understand the importance of first impressions
Ensure problems are dealt with immediately and proactively with the support of Outlet Manager
Be organized both personally and professionally
Be prepared and ready for service
Have good time management skills - report for duty, meetings and training on time
About you : The ideal candidate for this role will have the following experience and qualifications :
Have an Tertiary Education or Diploma in Food & Beverage Management
Have a minimum of 1 year of international experience working within a free-standing Restaurant
Have the ability to work well in a team but is also able to set standards and lead by example at all times
Have good command of the English language (spoken and written) and you should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Additional language skills are a plus
