Establishing maintaining and expanding the customer base Servicing the needs of the existing Key Accounts Setting sales targets for the Team Members and Team as a whole Recruiting Training Monitoring your teams performance Developing sales strategies setting targets compiling and analyzing sales figures Keeping up to date with products and competitors Develop and lead effective go to market model for UAE market Executives sales and activity performance B D As with respective clients conducting periodical business reviews with clients Provides timely accurate market intelligence to formulate pricing strategy and implement approved pricing structure on all products while striving to maintain maximum profit margin Timely Collection as per official credit granted to client Coordinate with the Finance Team for timely processing of invoices and collections from customers Requirements Relevant Experience in Modern Trade Channel for A B Class Markets within UAE Market Must hold valid Driving License Car Excellent Communication Skills Preference will be given to the candidates who are available to start immediately
