Skills required :

  • Candidates should have minimum three years of experience in Revenue Management and excellent knowledge and understanding of Revenue Management and Distribution processes;
  • be adaptable, with analytical and critical thinking.

  • Communicate Revenue Management strategic vision to the leadership and Reservations / Revenue Management teams of the hotel.
  • Strong negotiation, leadership and presentation skills are required along with high ethics and work standards.
  • Detail orientated and hands on.
  • Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment.
  • English excellent oral and written skills.
  • Additional language - beneficial.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Key tasks

    Analyze overall hotel performance and conduct performance reviews to develop strategic and tactical action.

  • Responsible for best practice standards to include : competitor analysis; business mix yield management; inventory availability by channel and pricing control.
  • Prepare outline for and support the annual revenue budget process.
  • Maximize overall hotel room revenue through development and implementation of effective inventory and pricing strategies based on future demand forecasts, current trends and historical data to drive market share.
  • Ensures that all brand and hotel strategies in place will increase the hotel’s revenue per available room (RevPAR) and maximize the hotel’s Revenue Generation Index (RGI).
  • Develops and manages internal key stakeholder relationships.
  • Lead the Assistant Director of Sales & Marketing in the decision making process of promotion participation.
  • Oversee and audit the standards and operations of the reservations department.
  • Provide the hotel team with regular updates on hotel performance to include market share, market segment roll ups, and channel metrics.
