Lead applications supportteam in Middle EastResponsible for availability of Middle Eastapplication services, both for Front and back office servicesEnsure business application systems are developed, maintained,andsupported in order to achieve efficient and effective delivery ofservicesManage application configuration and upgrades, problemanalysis and resolution for complex application problems, engagingvendors and L3 support teams as required Manage applicationprojects providing technical and project management input asrequired Improve application functionality and performance andprovide suggestions for system and business improvements Managerelationships with vendors and outsourced suppliers for localapplications
Develop procedures anddocumentation for application support Responsible for Applicationsupport team SLAs Develop and maintain interfaces, export andimports, and ensure their smooth running where required Systemconfiguration, scripting and user admin according to applicationneeds Delivery of management reports on application and systemperformance Support creation of end user training documentation andarrange third party training Line manage and develop applicationsupport team Ensure compliance with information security policy forinscopeapplications Plan and test disaster recovery plans forinscope applications Manage incident queues and lead on problemresolution and escalation
