We are looking for a highly motivated "Sales Executive" within the Overland Business, who is success driven and customer oriented and always seeking for new opportunities and solutions for moving forward.

In this role you will develop strong relationships with current and new customers. In order to achieve this goal, you will have to act as the single point of contact for all Kuehne + Nagel services and solutions across all business units.

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Develop Road freight business volumes within the GCC in line with a set of targets.
  • Maintain and develop existing customers base, and focus on new customer development.
  • Adhere to Kuehne + Nagel's cycle of Sales & process, while keeping the internal CRM tool up to date.
  • Report in agreed intervals the development of the market, working and buying platforms to management.
  • Build and maintain strong communication with customer and Kuehne + Nagel's operations to ensure alignment across all levels.
  • Manage customer critical documents / tools.
  • Comply to all Kuehne + Nagel's guideline and regulations.
  • Your skills and experience

  • Bachelor in logistics / supply chain management or any related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Logistics industry within a multi-national company.
  • In depth knowledge in Road Freight, Airfreight, Seafreight Businesses.
  • Highly talented in leading the sales process in identifying, engaging, contacting and building relationships with new or current clients.
  • Proven track record of securing business within the previously mentioned sectors.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills along with fluency in English language.
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines and under pressure.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

    Minimum Qualifications
