Prepare and Submit Technical Bid to Client consisting of Basis of Offer / Deviation, Form of Tender, Tender Bond, Responsibility Matrix, Execution / Method Statement, Onsite and Head Office Organization Chart, Key Personnel CV, Technical Offer from Vendors / Supplier including technical deviation in specification and data sheet, Manpower Schedule, Histogram, S-Curve, Project Schedule, HSE and QA / QC Plan including questionnaire, List of Equipment, List of Materials and Vendors, List of Completed / Executed Projects and compliance Statement etc.
Make PPT Presentation to Client in Tender Technical Meeting describing detailed project scope and get approval for Technical Submission from Client.
Presentation on Company skills and capabilities to execute the project. . Application of Value Engineering to arrive the maximum cost saving without affecting the technical aspects of the Project requirements.
On receipt of approval of Technical Offer from client, prepare commercial offer consisting of Direct and Indirect Manpower, Messing and Accommodation, Site Facilities, Equipment Cost, Transportation Cost, Material Cost, Subcontractor Cost, Geo-Survey and Profile Survey Cost, Design and Engineering Cost, Contingency, Management Expenses, Site Facilities Cost, Bank and Insurance Cost etc.
