Lead, Develop and manage Key Accounts at a regional level to optimize sales and revenue opportunities across the Coty portfolio of brands as required.
A key success factor for this position will be to achieve maximum sales potential within the assigned accounts by meeting or exceeding assigned goals whilst maintaining strong and positive business relationships
Responsible for developing and maintaining strategic business relationships with Key Accounts to promote Coty Brands, maximise sales, and improve profitability.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, KPI’s, budgets and business goals.
Prepare, negotiate and implement Joint Business Plans with the retailers
Manage P&L and improve profitability in line with the company objectives
Manage the planning and implementation of sales and trade marketing plans
Work closely with the business units and all internal stakeholders (marketing, supply, finance, education), federating the Team
Coordinate with the BU’s to promote the effective execution of sales and promotional plans
Maintain close contact with accounts, highlighting planned strategies to develop profitable business and gathering information for future business plans and initiatives.
Analyze sales performance and promotional effectiveness of assigned accounts by regularly reviewing and reporting on sales performance, sales forecasts and market trends.
Gather business intelligence, monitor competitor activity and report on developments to implement the needed actions.
Manage forecasting and budget development process
Develop and maintain investment strategies to agreed spend guidelines.
Qualifications and experience
5 + years of experience on a Sales Management role in beauty industry with exposure to Key accounts in Consumer Beauty
Relevant qualifications in sales & marketing or a related discipline highly regarded
Management and people development skills
Excellent computer skills in MS Office including Excel & Power point skills at a high level
