Roles & Responsibilitiesbr>br>SAP consultant responsible for the design and implementation of SAP IS Retail, Material management capabilities such as retail article, site, merchandise tree, assortment, listing, and other master data, Retail Forecast and Replenishment, store orders fulfilled by external suppliers as well as distribution centers, store to store transfers, and various goods movements such as receipts for purchases, and transfers, stock adjustment, physical inventory, and other movements.
br>br> Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutionsbr>br> Identify user requirements and communicates them through the use of specifications, reports, project plans, or other forms of documentation.
br>br> Identifies issues that affect system processes, and assists in correcting. Ensures compliance through testing and analysisbr>br> Create Functional Specifications for the Enhancements.
br>br> Expertise within SAP Materials Management, Logistics Execution and Warehouse Management Processes.br>br> Provide Production Support by resolving day to day issues and provide assistance to the usersbr>br> Design, customize, configure and test the SAP ISRetail modulebr>br> Identify gaps, issues and work around solutionsbr>br> Act as liaison with user for troubleshooting investigate, analyze, and solve software problemsbr>br> Proactively identify and propose business process andor system enhancementsbr>br> Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projectsbr>br> Provide adhoc training and user support as requiredbr>br> Work selfdirected and independently may act as subject matter mentor to more junior membersbr>br> Facilitate testing during unit, system integration, and UATbr>br> Train key business users and IT team on functionalities implementedbr>br> Write specifications for new development and system enhancementsbr>br> Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

br>br>Skills & Experiencebr>br> A minimum of 5 years of SAP IS Retail, Material management experience with at least three full lifecycle SAP implementations in the areas of SAP IS Retail, Material managementbr>br> Implementation experience (at least 3) in SAP IS Retail, Material management which includes blueprinting, gap analysis, mapping, prototypes, design, developing, testing, golive, user training and post production supportbr>br> Upgrade project experience (at least 1) in SAP Retailpurchasing, Inventory managementbr>br> Requirements gathering for functional enhancement of the processes preferably to SAP S4 HANA 1909
