Bachelor Degree in relevant discipline, preferably IT.
1 year experience in the area of database management, IT support and in maintaining and supporting IT database applications and wide ranging administration.
Knowledge of database concepts in improving HR database and ERP systems.
Information Communication Technology, Data Analysis, and Strategic Planning skills are essential Bilingual (English and Arabic) applicants preferred.
DescriptionMain Duties :
Manage, maintain and update the Human Resource information system from an IT perspective ensuring the effective use of ERP systems and assisting & supporting HR staff with the technical applications and queries.
Upgrade HR database and HR side of the ERP system to guarantee availability of information & data and participate in analyzing & recommending new tools and applications.
Trace, identify and resolve HR database and ERP system malfunctions and help with the development and implementation of its improvement.
