Job Description

  • Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
  • Accurately collect details of customers walking in along with potential clients in the exhibition with Dubai World Trade Center
  • Prepare and deliver robot demos explaining the key feature and possibilities of how to implement the robot to existing and prospective customers either through online or face to face meetings.
  • Attract prospective clients to the showroom through understanding their needs and delivering demos along with setting up and coordinating appointments with clients and internal teams if required
  • Coordinate with clients through sending proposal and quotations along with following up in collecting payments are done on time
  • Identifies current and future client requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers along with ensuring to get repeat business
  • Collecting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
  • Researching, developing and identifying possible modifications on robots to meet customers' technical requirements and needs.
  • Requirements

  • Experience in sales and the technology field
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
  • The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to continue your sales and engineering education
