JobResponsibilities :

  • Implement commercial valuations strategyand improve valuation processes andprocedures in linewith RICS guidelines , companyobjectives and client needs.
  • Maintain highquality of work in accordance with RICS RedBook and Valuation Guidelines.
  • Ensure workloads are managed, deadlines, delivery ofservice, duties and priorities of staff
  • Develop, review and implement viable fee structures toensure profitability.
  • Review and sign offclient reports to ensure quality control.
  • Ensure correct document management in conjunction withthe Department Administrator.
  • Conduct weeklyteam meetings.
  • Mentor and coach the team toimprove technical and professional knowledge.
  • Support employees on their path to attaining associatedprofessional memberships / RICS certification or equivalentprofessional certifications.
  • Conduct businessdevelopment activities and liaise with clients to gain new businessand retain existing clients.
  • Coordinate withAccounts to ensure all financial transactions are completed in atimely manner.
  • Maintain ContinuousProfessional Development (CPD) in line with RICSrequirements.
  • Deputise for the HOD in hisabsence.
  • Job Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience incommercial valuations / conducting marketappraisals.
  • Educational qualification : Bachelor’sDegree and MRICS or AssocRICS
  • Experience leading a team.
  • UAEexperience with drivinglicense preferred but notessential.
  • Advance knowledge ofthe RICS Code of Conduct
  • Advanced knowledge of valuationmethodology
  • Knowledge of keyprinciples of international accounting standards related tovaluation of financial instruments
  • Strongnumeric and analytical skills with extensive excelexperience
  • Exceptional communication andmanagerial skills, along with a passion to help peoplemove.
  • Excellent ability to build internalrelationships at all levels of the business.
  • MS Office skills
  • Proactive andself-motivated keen to add value to theteam.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate anddevelop a high performing team.
  • Attention todetail and high level of accuracy
