Job Title Sales Coordinator

The Role

The Sales Coordinator supports the Sales department. As a Sales Coordinator, you are a multi tasker and are able to work independently, performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative duties to support Sales Team.

You communicate well with all contacts, anticipate and resolve issues, and update team your various projects. This position reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing, adheres to Company standards and accepts other responsibilities as assigned.

  • Assist the Sales team in preparation of contracts, proposals and addendums and track the completion status. - Take booking inquiry information via phone and prepare proper paperwork.
  • Communicate with all hotel departments as appropriate. Ensure prompt attention to time sensitive requests by the Heartists.
  • Prepares detailed and quality Group Resumes and internally distributes to all related departments to proactively and appropriately convey pertinent group information to team.
  • Take the lead on organizing the resources necessary to put together high quality sales presentations - Ensure the inventory of custom sales presentation materials such as brochures and presentation folders is always up to date - Assists front office team, long term team and sales team with travel agent and corporate reservations.
  • Serve as a principal source of information for the team - Work with other departments within the organization to bring in additional help on creating sales presentations when needed - Take the lead on organizing the resources necessary to put together high quality sales presentations
  • Requirements

    Your experience and skills include : - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple interests - Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion - Effectively deals with internal and external customers, with high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy.

  • Must have an exceptional attention to detail, organizational, analytical and time management skills. - Must be tech savvy, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, EZRMS, Opera Preferred , ACT system and ADACO Your team and working environment : Located along Sheikh Zayed Road in Barsha Heights right next to Dubai Internet City Metro Station.
