The Client is looking for a Quality Assurance for the Property Division .
Listing and evaluation Voice and Non Voice records and CSAT & DSAT analyses Providing training and developing plans for learning and skills development.
Preparing the training material and knowledge Base, Providing customer insight that is used elsewhere within the organization.
Create quality measurements to track improvement in the services provided.
Develop quality assurance standards and company processes.
Looking for 2-3 years of experience in which 2 years of experience should be in UAE
Real Estate Industry experience is must
Salesforce Software knowledge is required
Good Communication skills in Arabic and English
