Job Role : Senior Specialist - PerformanceManagement
In this role youwill :
Support thedevelopment of organizational strategy by providing inputs forfunctional and operational ambitions.
Providesresearch and analysis on best practices and trends among peerorganizations.
Gather relevant data to supportcascade of organizational goals and objectives to related Business / Sub-Business units
Gather and support in theanalysis of internal and external data and information relevant toorganizational strategy and operations to facilitate effectivedecision-making.
Acts upon the PerformanceManagement department’s mandate to ensure effective workprocesses in order to achieve high performancestandards.
Maintains the PerformanceManagement function’s schedule of activities andfacilitates effective planning of deliverables.
Design standard templates and presentations to ensureconsistency according to organizations guidelines andmethodologies.
Facilitate the business indesigning templates for capturing and presenting the periodicdata.
Facilitate in the periodic performancereviews at functional and organizational level, ensuring accuracyof information and alignment of narrative.
Monitor the performance of different business andsub-business units to identify potential solutions and mitigationplans for improving their effectiveness and efficiency.
Recommend modifications to objectives and providechallenging targets based on the review of current performance andindustry trends.
Follow-up on the action plansfrom the performance review meeting and ensure timelyclosure.
Act as an SME / advisor to on allDigital14’s Performance Management related matters (e.g.enhancement of systems, process, quality standards andrequirements, etc.).
Work collaboratively withBU / SBU focal points along with respective leadership to ensuretimely completion of activities that support the PerformanceManagement deliverables.
Support planning anddelivery of performance-related projects and change management / transformation initiatives.
Develop andmaintain Digital14’s official Performance Managementpolicy and procedure document repository and monitor theiraccessibility to relevant parties
Ensurecompliance with organizational policies, procedures and qualitystandards in Performance Management department.
Review and recommend improvements in PerformanceManagement functions processes, policies and systems.
