Accounting & MIS for CompletedSolutions :

  • Accounting of Completed Solutions indedicated ERP as per local guidelines while adhering to companyprocesses.
  • Monthly Sales Closing for Finalization ofMIS.
  • Monthly Trial Balance Closing for Finalizationof MIS.
  • To be part of team conductive physicalinventory take on quarterly basis.
  • Statutory Compliance :

  • Preparation of any Statutoryreturn i.e. VAT, ZAKAT as required by Law.
  • Maintaining of all Statutory Records for adherence tocompliance.
  • Accounts Payable for CompletedSolutions :

  • Accounting of all payables.
  • Accounting of employee claims and reimbursement as per theguidelines and timelines.
  • Maintenance of all physicaldocuments and records for the countries.
  • Preparationof Debit Notes / Credit Notes as per guidelines.
  • Audit & Yearly Closing for Completed Solutions :

  • Preparation of yearly closing as per the relevantGAAP.
  • Providing all the relevant data for completionof Statutory Audits as per the plan & timelines.
  • Providing the data for any kind of Internal or ManagementAudit.
  • Cash & Banking Transactionfor Completed Solutions :

  • Visiting Banks for any kindof work and establishing good relationship with bankofficials.
  • Accounting of Petty Cash Expenses as perthe guidelines only.
  • Periodic CashReconciliation.
  • Monitoring Credit Card Statements ofemployees, if are in limits.
  • ReceivableManagement for Completed Solutions :

  • Preparing theoutstanding report for overdue analysis and followup.
  • Preparation of Credit Notes as per the defined guidelines.
  • Accounting for all Collection / Bank Entries on daily basisin ERP for respective location as well.
  • Preparationof Periodic Bank Reconciliations.
  • ProcessImprovements for Completed Solutions :

  • Identifying theareas wherein processes needs to be Improved.
  • Helpingthe team to formulate SOP’s.
  • Handling Warehouse Accounts, Showroom Accounts and Stocks :

  • Maintaining of Warehouse Accounts.
  • Maintaining Inventory Register i.e. Inward, Outward and Balancestock management.
  • Proper filing of all documentsrelated to Stock Movement i.e. Import Documents, Local Salesdocuments etc.
  • Proper Accounting of all Sales donefrom Retail Cum Display Centre in different parts of SaudiArabia.
  • Proper Accounting of all expenses done byRetail Cum Display Centre.
