Job Role : Key Account Manager
Hasa thorough knowledge of HORECA market in UAE, including knowledgeof main customers, their internal dynamics, supply chainrequirements and decision-making processes.
Has a thorough knowledge of local Food &Beverage distributors, their products / brands in multiplecategories, including knowledge of their business models, salesstrategies and customer acquisition processes.
Establish senior level contact withexisting clients to maintain and build future relationships withinthe territory assigned.
Candidate must have strong territorialmanagement skills, along with establishing new clients through coldcalling, research and networking within the assignedterritory.
Must be technically competent tounderstand applications as well as problem solver forcustomer’s issues. The candidate must possess the skillsto access the customers’ needs and solution sell.
Musthave the ability to probe, question, and gather specificinformation about the customer, his needs and track the informationfor short and long term.
Self-starter whounderstands territory management, time management and has strongcustomer service skills and is self-motivated.
Work closely with management to ensure company goals andobjectives are being met within the territory. In addition, relaycompetitive information and new market or product requirements togrow and maintain reputation as a leader in our field.
To represent the client in a professional manner at alltimes, both internally and externally. To follow the publishedprocesses and comply with all company policies and procedures.

6to 10 years sales experience in Foodservice / HorecaMarket, either for an F&B Distributor or a GlobalF&B Brand’s UAE office.
Mustbe computer literate and have experience working with Microsoftprograms.
Must be a self-starter, motivated,and familiar with tooling applications within the industrieslisted.
Must be experienced in forecasting,budgeting, and developing a territory with little supervision.Candidate will be held accountable for the financial results of theassigned territory.
Candidate should beversatile to be a hands-on salesperson whenneeded and be able to conduct presentations to upper levelpersonnel when required.
Ability to respond tocommon inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies,or members of the business community and be a strong problemsolver.
Ability to compose quotations andgenerate correspondence to customers, end users, andrepresentatives that conforms to a prescribed style andformat.
Ability to effectively presentinformation to management and public groups whenrequired.
Tech-savvy with understanding ofE-Commerce platforms.
Must be an experienceddriver with a valid UAE driver’s license.
